The ShopJets Image Optimizer is a simple application for all Shopify owners who are looking to optimize the product photos on Sheopify store. This is a simple all-in-one app and strikes a wonderful balance between professional features and ease of use.
Yes. The application accepts and optimizes images in all the Shopify supported image formats.
The default format of the processed image is JPEG. The application also processes images in all the Shopify supported image formats
The processing time is dependent on the filter applied for optimization. The basic image filters like crop, resize, watermark execute within 100 ms. The AI optimization techniques of background removal, upscale and enhance filters take anywhere between 200 to 600 ms
The application offers image compression, conversion, resize, crop, watermark and overlays as part of the Basic plan. In the Standard and Premium plans, we offer image upscaling, enhancement and background removal functions.
Yes! We do offer backup for all your pre-edit original images. To know more details, kindly refer to the pricing details

Yes. We offer a 7 day trial period on the subscription plans for the application.

We are currently offering only monthly subscriptions. However we will soon be offering annual subscriptions as well.
Your plan will be cancelled after your current billing period. You will still have access to paid features until then. After the current billing period, your plan will be deactivated automatically.
No, We currently do not offer a pause in the plans. However, you can always cancel the subscription any time and reactivate at a later date.
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the current billing period, your plan will be deactivated. We do not process refunds for cancellations.
The subscription cost will be raised by Shopify. Just like any Shopify app, the subscription cost will be added to your Shopify bill.
